Rastafari... this “strange” way of being that is frowned upon by the mass, followed by many yet truly understood by very few.

I never imagined becoming a Rasta, but Jah saw the indescribable misery I endured - trying to fit in to “civilised” society - and guided my feet to trod a new path.
I didn’t choose Rasta; I couldn’t, as I had no idea what it entailed.

But somehow, honed by one event after the other, my lifestyle and my perspective of life evolved.
Somehow, I found myself at one with Nature, fully aware of the fact that my body is the Temple of Jah and as such, must be given the best to ensure optimum health and wellness.
To make it welcoming for The Most High.

Hairs that were twisted in style became permanently locked, seemingly having a will of their own.
As they grew, so did my thirst for real knowledge, and my physical and mental agility.
I began to feel like just an observer in this world; easily discerning that this is all just for a time, until...
I didn’t understand how IT had come to be - I just knew that Rasta chose me.
And now, I fulljoy each day, celebrating my Rasta Romance.
