Book Description

“From Farin to Yaad” is about my experience as a Returning Resident to Jamaica having lived abroad for over 30 years. Since my return to Jamaica, I have only negative things about this precious island. This distressed me so much as I was seeing such positive things about Jamaica that others have taken for granted. One has to take into account, that with growth, there will be negative as well as positive changes in any country.
I felt the need to document all the positive things that I have experienced since my return, to remind people that while the country is not perfect, there are many things that we as Jamaicans can boast about and that it can be a paradise for retirement.
