Clark and Shark are best friends. They're also a boy and a, um, shark! Clark loves detectiving, and Shark loves stuff - so they're the perfect team to help with any problem, big or small. When a large and shady-looking fridge asks for their help with the forthcoming election, Clark and Shark jump at the chance. But as they delve deeper into the lives of the two candidates - the Tin of Beans and Mrs Horrid - they uncover a web of corruption and a dastardly plot.
