Plan and Perform Propagation Activities

Workbook 3.2 is to be used in conjunction with the Calyx Text entitled ‘Plant Propagation’. It aims to satisfy the competency requirements for the Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CVQ) Units AGGCRP0002A – Perform Propagation Activities, and AGGCRP0172A – Implement a Propagation Plan.

It provides 6 practical learning exercises covering underpinning knowledge, media preparation, propagation planning and techniques, and propagating plants from seeds and cuttings. The completed workbook, signed by your facilitator, attests to your skills and achievements in these areas and is a ready reference for yourself and a useful record of your competence when you are assessed against the standards.
