Food for Thought is a collection of random (and not so random) thoughts, inspired by sights, sounds and experiences as the author traverses the Caribbean. The collection was created over a period of three years as the author travelled. Food is everywhere—ensconced in a remote mountain-top cabin, biding time in a Bucco Bay Village seaside shack, and riding in a San Fernando-bound maxi. The author shares his thoughts about the natural and built environment, the forces of nature, and the power of free will.
Howard Campbell is a poet aspirant. He lives in Jamaica. He has no pets. He spends his days thinking, reading, and writing. His other published works include Gestational Intonations and The Seaside Muse: A Collection of Poetry.
