The Elite Crimes Division, the ECD, immune to changes of government and answerable only to the Police Services Federation, an autonomous body, is formed to solve high profile crimes. Captain Reginald Dawes leads the team of six detectives and a psychiatrist as they tackle a myriad of cases including murder, kidnapping, rape and fraud. This is the ECD's journey, case by case.
